3 March 2021

This year, more than ever, it’s important to take every opportunity to connect with loved ones and make some truly lasting memories. That’s why Fish Eagle Café, located within the gorgeous Crocworld Conservation Centre in Scottburgh, has organised a unique Valentine’s Day lunch to celebrate that special someone on Sunday, 14 February from 2.30pm to 7pm. Couples are invited to enjoy either a picnic lunch on the beautiful lawns surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature – picnic blankets will be provided. If the weather turns, there is the inviting Fish Eagle Café with its newly refurbished wraparound deck and endless ocean views. “Couples can pick their own picnic spot, get comfortable and enjoy a long, lazy afternoon spoiled by all of us at Fish Eagle Café!” said Executive Chef and Manager, Morne van Zyl. “We’ve carefully curated a decadent platter-for-two menu, so this is guaranteed to be an unforgettable experience.” Couples will enjoy a decadent cocktail on arrival, with an incredible array of cheeses, preserves, meats, pates and marinades, topped with chocolate-dipped strawberries and whipped cream, as well as fondant for dessert. This is washed down with a chilled bottle of Imprint Sparkling Rosé. The cost is R580 per couple and space is limited to 30 couples so booking is essential. To book, contact Morne on 083 658 7073.
