On September 24th, the Centre will be getting into the spirit of the public holiday by offering all guests a 50% discount on their admission fees. Consequently, adult entrance tickets will be priced at R32.50, while the cost for pensioners and children will be R22.50 and R20 respectively.

Ornithologist David Allan set to give talk on Seabirds at Crocworld Conservation Centre

On 11th July, Crocworld Conservation Centre will be hosting a talk entitled ‘Deep-Sea Bounty – The Magnificent Seabirds of KwaZulu-Natal’s Open Oceans’, to be delivered by ornithology expert David Allan. Allan’s talk will give guests an incredible insight into the pelagic seabirds that can be seen off our coast, and is the latest in an ongoing series of monthly environmental lectures. The lectures focus on the magnificent flora and fauna of Southern Africa, and in particular, of the South Coast. Their purpose is to instil in those that attend a greater understanding of and appreciation for the natural wonders that exist right on our very doorstep.

Lunch is not included in the price. For those who would like to stay for lunch, Le Rendevous Restaurant at Crocworld Conservation Centre has beautiful views of the Coastline and serves light lunches.
